Season 4 Episode 4
Pastor Bob gave this message on 10/7/2012. Although the political players are different, the biblical principles and application are the same!
Keep an eternal perpsective! Only as the hearts of individuals in a culture are changed by Christ will the culture begin to reflect that change.
If we do not evangelize the lost and make disciples of new converts, nothing else we do for people -- no matter how temporarily beneficial -- will be of any eternal consequence.
So in November, we will once again cast our votes. But unlike our local or national elections that take place every two to four years, we, as believers, have the privilege of voting every day by word and deed for the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
If you're not a citizen of God's kingdom, join the Sovereignty Movement and make sure you are a citizen of God’s eternal kingdom: admit your sin, believe in Jesus Christ, and confess Him as Lord!
If you are already a citizen of God kingdom:
Renew your trust in God’s sovereignty
Remember your true citizenship/kingdom
Reconfirm your primary mission – seeking first His Kingdom and righteousness and making disciples (new heavenly citizens) of all nations!

Season 4; Episode 2
Prokope = To advance forward while beating your breast in grief
Philippians 1:12 - "Now I want you to know, brothers, that what has happened to me has really served to advance the gospel."
Philippians 1:25 - "Convinced of this, I know that I will remain, and I will continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith..."
Pastor Bob gave this classic message at a Mentoring for Ministry Conference in 2008. Using Paul's example in Philippians 1:12-30, he expounds on the Greek word prokope, explaining how the gospel was advancing because of Paul’s imprisonment! Paul’s focus was not his own advancement, but rather the advancement of the gospel! Pastor Bob illustrates this truth with many fascinating ministry examples and encourages us to prokope through life's challenges as well!
Advance = Prokope = “To drive forward”
Pro = “Forward or toward”
Kope = “To beat the breast in grief”
A nautical term: “To make headway in spite of stiff headwinds”
A military term: “To advance in the face of obstacles, dangers and great opposition”

1-Church Discipline (Matthew 18)
Sunday May 17, 2020
Sunday May 17, 2020
Season 4; Episode 1
This is a valuable and essential message for believers, particularly pastors and spiritual leaders. In 2009, Pastor Bob was asked to speak on the topic of Church Discipline at the Calvary Chapel Ministry Conference which had the theme of "Setting the Church in Order." It was an extremely helpful and the most requested message among the leaders there.
Over the span of 40 years of ministry, Pastor Bob used the biblical process laid out in Matthew 18 to pave the way for repentance and restoration for believers, particularly leaders, who were committing serious sins.
Definition of Church Discipline: "the corrective process instituted by Christ Jesus to bring about repentance, restoration and recovery to a sinning member of the body of Christ and to protect the church from the corrupting influence of sin".

MARANATHA!! = An Aramaic expression used by Paul in 1 Cor 16:22 meaning "Come, O Lord Jesus!" It is thought to have been used as an expression of Christian hope -- a watchword of the imminent SECOND COMING of the Lord.

Finally, in closing, John leaves us with one last thought., It is a word of benediction -- a benediction that is a fitting conclusion to our study of the remarkable, hope-filled, inspiring book!

30-The Millennial Reign Of Christ (Revelation 20:1-15)
Tuesday Apr 21, 2020
Tuesday Apr 21, 2020
Scripture describes this present time in which we live as an evil age and Satan is called “the god of this world,” (Eph. 5:16; 2 Cor. 4:4). But Satan's party is almost over. During the Millennium of Christ’s reign on earth, Satan and his demons will be bound and put out of action until the very end of the thousand-year reign of our Lord.
As I have pointed out repeatedly through the study of Revelation, the most logical and obvious interpretation of Revelation is a literal one. If the Bible is to be believed literally, then there will be a real Kingdom, for Israel, in Jerusalem, from the throne of David, by the Messiah, for 1,000 years.

29-Hallelujah (Revelation 19:1-21)
Tuesday Apr 21, 2020
Tuesday Apr 21, 2020
With chapters 17-18 as a background, we are taken from weeping and mourning to joyful worship and praise, from darkness and doom to light and deliverance, from a series of woes to a series of jubilant announcements. In Rev 18:20 there was the call to rejoice over Babylon’s destruction. Revelation 19 is heaven’s response to that call.
