1-Church Discipline (Matthew 18)

Season 4; Episode 1
This is a valuable and essential message for believers, particularly pastors and spiritual leaders.  In  2009, Pastor Bob was asked to speak on the topic of Church Discipline at the Calvary Chapel Ministry Conference which had the theme of "Setting the Church in Order."  It was an extremely helpful and the most requested message among the leaders there. 
Over the span of 40 years of ministry, Pastor Bob used the biblical process laid out in Matthew 18 to pave the way for repentance and restoration for believers, particularly leaders, who were committing serious sins.  
Definition of Church Discipline:  "the corrective process instituted by Christ Jesus to bring about repentance, restoration and recovery to a sinning member of the body of Christ and to protect the church from the corrupting influence of sin".  

32-Maranatha (Revelation 22:1-21)

MARANATHA!! = An Aramaic expression used by Paul in 1 Cor 16:22 meaning "Come, O Lord Jesus!"  It is thought to have been used as an expression of Christian hope -- a watchword of the imminent SECOND COMING of the Lord.

Finally, in closing, John leaves us with one last thought., It is a word of benediction -- a benediction that is a fitting conclusion to our study of the remarkable, hope-filled, inspiring book!

30-The Millennial Reign Of Christ (Revelation 20:1-15)

Scripture describes this present time in which we live as an evil age and Satan is called “the god of this world,” (Eph. 5:16; 2 Cor. 4:4). But Satan's party is almost over. During the Millennium of Christ’s reign on earth, Satan and his demons will be bound and put out of action until the very end of the thousand-year reign of our Lord.
As I have pointed out repeatedly through the study of Revelation, the most logical and obvious interpretation of Revelation is a literal one.   If the Bible is to be believed literally, then there will be a real Kingdom, for Israel, in Jerusalem, from the throne of David, by the Messiah, for 1,000 years.

29-Hallelujah (Revelation 19:1-21)

With chapters 17-18 as a background, we are taken from weeping and mourning to joyful worship and praise, from darkness and doom to light and deliverance, from a series of woes to a series of jubilant announcements. In Rev 18:20 there was the call to rejoice over Babylon’s destruction. Revelation 19 is heaven’s response to that call.

28-The Fall Of Babylon (Revelation 18:1-24)

In the last days the world will be driven by this desire to accumulate -- and its hub will be commercial Babylon, which we will study today.

27-Judgment Of The Counterfeit Bride (Revelation 17:1-21)

To fully appreciate and properly interpret Rev 17 and 18, we must "unveil" or expose Satan's counterfeit efforts to be worshipped as God. Since the beginning of time he has had a two-fold strategy:
To destroy God's divine and eternal plan
To replace it with his own perverted counterfeit

26-The 7 Bowls Of God's Wrath (Revelation 16:1-21)

The bowls of wrath are very similar to the plagues of judgment in Egypt and are also similar to the seven trumpet judgments of Rev 8-9. However, a careful study reveals some striking differences. In Egypt, the plagues were local, affecting only the Egyptians. The trumpet judgments also were partial, destroying only one-third of each thing. The final 7 bowl judgments, however, are universal in scope affecting the entire earth with an unprecedented intensity.            
 

25-The Beginning Of The End (Revelation 15:1-8)

Revelation 15 is an introduction to the beginning of the end! The last outpouring of God's judgment on the earth -- the 7 bowl judgments.        You may recall that the judgments in Revelation are presented in the seven seals (6:1-17; 8:1).
The 7th seal includes all of the 7 trumpets (8:1-9:21; 11:15-19). The 7th trumpet includes all of the 7 bowl judgments. Every successive series of judgments emphasize the dramatic crescendo of God's final, white-hot judgment on a rebellious, Christ-rejecting world.

24-The Eternal Gospel (Revelation 14:6-20)

As God looks upon the wickedness of man, his rejection of His Son and his worship of the beast, He is left with only 3 choices.       
Rev 14 demonstrates just how far God will go to keep man out of hell.
